covered walkwaymissing doorinadequate pillows
the staff were pleasant. a covered walkway connected the hotel to the mall.
our room had a wardrobe without doors. the wardrobe lights remained constantly on, likely because the door was missing and failed to trigger the light sensor. only two pillows were provided, i expect at least four pillows in a hotel of this price.

The hotel has a direct bridge to a large shopping center. this offered great access for shopping and dining. i found the staff always attentive to my needs and available to assist. i liked the water dispensers in the hallway. They made it very convenient to refill my water bottle.
the shower design allowed water to leak onto the bathroom floor. this happened every time i took a shower and created a bit of a mess.

the staff provided prompt responses to requests and always greeted me with a smile. housekeeping ensured the room was clean and well-kept throughout my stay. i felt very well taken care of (and that means a lot).

i loved that i booked the junior suite. it was very relaxing after those days. the hotel's location next to a large shopping center made it convenient. i appreciated the direct access to the mall without needing to go through the lobby.
the bathroom had inadequate seals on the shower door. the bathroom floor flooded each time i showered which was annoying. i had to walk in water on the floor after showering
