splendid family stay

the beautiful family room accommodated my family of five quite comfortably. it was a bonus the room was ready earlier than the check-in time. the hosts greeted us with a friendly smile and helped with queries i had. there is on street parking available, with a car park nearby.
the hotel had a lot of personality.

the location was decent , not too far from the attractions.
i had issues with the room key , it didn't work properly. i had to ask for help to get into my room each time. also , the advertised high-speed wifi was spotty and unreliable .

tony was really helpful , showing genuine care. the breakfast offered a really nice gluten-free option that i enjoyed. i also liked the quirky decor in the lounge and dining area, it gave the place such character.
i noticed the bathroom sink had a small leak from the waste pipe. i mentioned it to the staff, but it was still there when i checked out.

i found the decor fine and the staff very friendly. the entrance hall looked gorgeous. a roaring fire in the woodburner in the living room provided a homely feel. fresh coffee and a cafetiere were nice touches in the room.
the faulty key made it difficult to enter one evening it took me a while to get inside.

The decor was fine. friendly staff members were always available and approachable. the room felt very comfortable. It was a real pleasure to return to after a day out.
the bathroom design was not ideal for me. the waste pipe from the sink had a leak. this meant i needed to use the shower to wash my hands.

The location is excellent. I walked five minutes to the Pleasure Beach fair. This spot was ideal for my day out. The room accommodated two adults and three teenagers well. The staff welcomed me with a friendly smile. They also helped with any queries I had.
The bathroom lacked hand soap.

The room included two bunk beds. The hotel location was close to South Pier. The family room was spacious. Breakfast was great. Tracey even gave toys to my kids. The hotel had nice furnishings. The location was convenient to South Pier. Tony was very attentive. He showed me the room. He left me to enjoy my stay unless I needed something.
The room lacked hand soap in the bathroom.
