cold omelets dated furniture
the breakfast wasn't great , i must say. the omelets were cold , as were the bacons , despite sitting in those warmer trays. cheese , turkey , even the veggies , all at room temperature , which wasn't exactly appetizing.

bathroom smell dated furniture
the room was large and had a nice balcony.
the bathroom smelled like public toilets (i even asked for cleaning supplies). the staff said it was due to the desalinated water.

friendly staff clean pool pool loungers
the staff were friendly . they assisted me with every need i had. the pool was clean and well kept with plenty of loungers available. i enjoyed the break out zones near the pool also.

the room was spacious with fresh towels provided every two days. i found it was cleaned daily and well maintained. the bedlinen was also changed every two days, a pleasant.

the staff were really kind. they were helpful from arrival. frederika was especially helpful even before i arrived at the hotel. she answered all my questions with kindness.

Wonderful Stay with Really good Service!
free taxi kind staff shared balcony
The free taxi service picked us up from the port. The staff was kind during the entire trip. Our rooms were next to each other (a big plus) and shared both a balcony and porch. The hotel's aesthetics were pleasing.
The gym was outdoors, so the equipment got very hot in the sun. It was hard to exercise comfortably during the day. I wish there was an indoor, air-conditioned space for the gym.

The breakfast had a decent selection including fruits and pastries. The bar and restaurant area provided a lovely atmosphere. Two tavernas across the road provided alternative dining options.

The staff was very cute and friendly. I also appreciated the prompt pick up and drop off service from the port. Car and bike rentals can be delivered to the hotel.

Our room was well-equipped, with efficient air conditioning. The bed was a good size. The bathroom was modern and had plenty of hot water (very important after a long day at the beach!).

outdoor gym secret service
the free shuttle to and from the ferry port was acceptable.
The outdoor gym was a joke. A small piece of astro turf was supposedly the 'wellness area'. i mean, really? no one mentioned the yoga teacher or the friday bbq when i checked in. it reminded me of they were deliberately keeping secrets. fresh orange juice and other coffee options were available at breakfast only upon request. what's that about?
