Acceptable Stay but Some Issues
bedroom lights expensive bikes
The architecture had two pools. It was a nice feature.
I had some issues, though. Bedroom lights did not function properly. Bikes were too expensive.

sharp pool edges dirty lounger
The location is a little far from the town, which I found advantageous.
The pool had VERY sharp edges. This created a safety hazard. Pool loungers also had noticeable dirt. I found that disappointing.

the room was huge and very clean. good facilities were provided. breakfast had a lovely taste. i ate in the restaurant for dinner which was delicious also.
the bikes for rent needed some maintenance.

Really good stay
quiet location attentive staff spacious room fine building
The location was quiet on the east side. Staff were attentive. They provided a warm welcome. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The buildings had a fine design.
The bicycle rental felt costly compared to other options nearby. It was also not well maintained.

Breakfast had diverse options. The menu had great service. The hotel provides fresh baked bread. The restaurant's prices are identical to room service. Ordering to the room is easy until 9:30 pm.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. They greeted me warmly. I received one of the best massages in my life at the spa. The front desk can provide basic first aid supplies.

The room and the terrace were quite spacious. The view from the room was beautiful. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. They replenished the amenities. A safety box was in the room.

generous breakfast spacious room available towels
the breakfast included a great bowl of fruit, juice, barista-made tea or coffee, pastries and an item from the set menu. the room was spacious and designed very well. pool towels were readily available, which i found very useful.

attentive staff open-air shower
The staff were super attentive to every need, it. my beautiful room garden view adult only had a fantastic layout.. the air conditioning worked perfectly. i loved the open-air shower. It added such a luxurious feel.
The bike rentals could have been a little cheaper. I ended up walking quite a bit..

Fantastic Stay!
friendly staff great restaurant homemade treats
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant has great food and is in a prime location. I also appreciated the ice-cream shop with its homemade treats. It was a great addition!
I found the bike rentals from the hotel to be quite expensive. Other rental options nearby were more affordable.

My room was huge and included a beautiful balcony. The bathroom was large and contained shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Tea and coffee facilities were available, which I appreciated.

Every staff member was friendly and ready to help in any way they could. I liked that the hotel used glass refillable water bottles. This supports environmental sustainability. They gladly refilled my own bottle when requested.

The breakfast was amazing!!! The nasi goreng was particularly good. The pool bar was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the delicious cocktails they served. It was a great experience!!!
