Luxurious and Friendly
spacious suite great service good breakfast
i stayed in a beautiful suite and it was spacious. the staff provided great service throughout my stay. i especially enjoyed the drinks at the poolbar. the breakfast was also very good. i liked the nonalcohol mocktails.
the doors did not always lock properly and the iron provided was not in great condition.

the hotel is close to a beach. crossing the street is necessary to reach it. the water waves were beautiful to see. the sea sound was wonderful to hear.

the buffet has diverse fresh food. both international and local greek specialties are available. i especially enjoyed the italian restaurant. the staff there were very attentive.

the staff was very professional and friendly. the guest relations manager was especially warm. her empathy and kindness were amazing. i found her professionalism to be really good.

mixed feelings about the hotel
loud entertainment massive gaps
the room was clean. everyday the room was super clean.
the entertainment was way too loud. it went on until after 11 mon-sat and hit right against the balcony. also, there were massive gaps around the door. chicken noise from the neighbours was a nightmare.
