helpful staff fresh towels central location

i found the staff helpful, especially with directions and local tips. my room was a triple room. it included fresh towels daily and a small balcony, it was so nice to have (i loved this so much!). the location was super central, a short walk to shops and restaurants.

the elevator was a bit slow, but it was fine really.

the hotel's location was great. it was close to the town center and the views of the caldera were near. the staff was friendly and helpful to me.

the building seemed a bit old. there isn't a reception available all the time. i did wish there were more options.
