i found the bed quite comfortable. the room was spacious enough. lidl was a short walk away for snacks. mcdonald's and starbucks were also close by.

The television was old and lacked smart tv options. it only had a few german channels and english news channels. room service was available only upon request. Fresh towels and coffee were replaced only if you asked. reception staff seemed cold. They did not explain facilities or breakfast times.

the location was very convenient with the tram stop being so close. it made getting around very easy. the air conditioning system was effective. the rooms were spacious and had a good design, i must admit.

the check-in and check-out processes were very slow. there was a long queue, and only two staff members were available. the entrance doors were small and inconvenient. i noticed a leaking tap in the bathroom, and there were stains on the walls.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious. I especially loved the comfy bed (it was like sleeping on a cloud!). the location was great, and it was very easy to get around the city using the nearby metro and tram.

the hotel was quite crowded . i had to wait a bit for check-in. the bar was also packed in the evening, so it was hard to find a seat. the cleaning service entered my room too early without knocking.

The hotel offered various games in the hall near reception. These included billiards and table football and were available at no extra charge. I found the breakfast quite diverse. There were many options available, so I did not leave hungry. I used the currency exchange on premises as well. It was a convenient amenity. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee readily available.

I noticed long wait times during check in and check out. Only two staff members were available despite queues forming near the door. The revolving entrance door was small and awkward. This made entering with luggage difficult.
