the check-in process was smooth. the receptionist spoke multiple languages. the room decor had a classic touch, the room was clean. breakfast offered fresh options and attentive staff. dinner had friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere.

My room was connected to another room with a locked door. Sound isolation was poor.

The parking was complimentary, a sweet relief for us driving in. the staff was genuinely helpful, especially diana at reception, who was very cute. our room included a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, a sweet surprise after our journey. the hotel's location near the tram stop was ideal. It ensured effortless travel around.

The tram stop outside offers quick access to main attractions. It took about ten minutes. the hotel's setting just outside the city center provided a peaceful escape, it created a serene atmosphere, and i appreciated it a lot.

the location are calm and near parks.

the room was uncomfortable, i heard all noise from other rooms and the hall. light in the room were dim at evening. the bathroom was triangle-shaped, getting to the bath was difficult and the faucet worked badly.
