noise issues and room condition were subpar
decent locationbroken wooden beamsdirty bedsheets
the apartment had a decent location
apartment 4d was unacceptable and unsafe the sofa had exposed broken wooden beams it was dangerous for children and visibly dirty the bedsheets were dirty no hand soap was provided in the bathroom i received no response when i messaged about these issues

the location was very central. it was great it had everything i needed in the apartment. breakfast downstairs was delicious and convenient, too.
the reception guy didn't make eye contact. he seemed like he was always looking at his phone. i wish the service was a little more attentive.
