The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection had good variety. It included both traditional options and fresh fruit. I also found the hotel location provided easy access to the surrounding area.

The staff greeted me warmly. They directed me to my Classic Double Room! The bar snacks tasted wonderful! The facilities, both in the room and relaxation area, were also good. Breakfast options included a great choice. I had a very clean room. the hotel and grounds were also very clean.
I found the room decor very dated! Some places, especially the bathroom, could use some work. The panel was cracked. Some tiles were either damaged or missing.

The breakfast offered a good choice. The breakfast also included really good options for a tasty start to my day. I also loved the bar snacks. They tasted wonderful and came as a welcome treat after a busy day.

the staff was very friendly.. we arrived early and could access our room. the grounds were beautiful, with squirrels to watch. cleanliness was really good, and the breakfast was excellent. we stayed with our dog, and pets are treated like vips.
the room's sheets had some tears, and the pullout clothes line had blood stains.

the breakfast buffet offered a lovely selection of items. a young wait staff member was very polite and friendly. they also had a great sense of humour.

the staff was fantastic and very cute. the evening concierge especially went out of his way to meet my requests for hot chocolate and additional milk. everyone was courteous and helpful.

the hotel has a large car park. a bus stop is directly across the road from the hotel providing direct access to the city. the grounds are well kept and quite beautiful for walking.

the hotel is a little way from the city center. a park and ride is only a five-minute drive away. it was convenient for visiting family and everything we required .

inconsistent showerpoor soundproofing
I found a couple of issues that were quite disappointing. The shower temperature was inconsistent , fluctuating between hot and cold. Also , the soundproofing wasn't great . I could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway, which disrupted my sleep.

I found free access to the gym located nearby quite convenient. The atmosphere in the hotel impressed me greatly. I appreciated the plentiful choices offered at breakfast. The outside space available provided a tranquil setting for relaxation.
I noted minor roadwork outside. This was not connected to the hotel itself. This created a slight inconvenience .

The hotel offers great parking facilities . A short drive of about ten minutes will get you to the city centre. Other places are easy to get to due to minimal traffic. A bus station is close by to leave your car.

The room was cleaned daily and proved very quiet. It was great to see a hotel that welcomes dogs. The Privilege Double Room I stayed in was fantastic. I consider it spacious and comfortable.
