extra charges limited food selection
I was REALLY annoyed by the extra charges. A 10% service fee was added to EVERYTHING. The food selection became quite limited and the quality WASN'T great, especially considering the price. The pool also seemed a bit dirty at times.

The room was very clean. The staff was cute. Staff was always helpful. Breakfast includes a wide variety of foods each morning. Bottled water was available for free in my room. Water was re-stocked in my room each day.
