Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

The staff was consistently friendly. I appreciated the spacious room. It was a plus that it faced the quieter courtyard (a smart choice, in my opinion). I also enjoyed having access to the spa and gym in the adjacent building (a perk I definitely took advantage of).
The soundproofing could be slightly improved. Noise from outside was noticeable at times.

the location was acceptable and allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The noise levels were a real problem. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned and smelled of mildew. the lack of basic kitchen supplies was also annoying, as there were no dishwashing essentials provided.
