the beach access was convenient. the live piano music during breakfast was a nice touch, very unexpected. our family suite had a huge frontline sea terrace, it had gorgeous views!!!
The air conditioning barely worked. it only made noise and didn't cool the room at all, such a bummer. the towels were old and scratchy. the gym was really dirty. I saw dust bunnies the size of my fist.

The staff were cute at reception. The greeting and check-in were smooth. The hotel's location offered great proximity to the beach. The hotel has free parking spaces.
The gym was not super clean.

The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options.
The room's condition was not excellent. It needed some updates. The bathroom sink was oddly small and somewhat dysfunctional, it was hard to use properly. the mattress was very uncomfortable. I seemed like I was sinking into a hole all night.

i found a great free upgrade because staff took their time to show us room options. there was building work near the room we booked. the staff was keen to please. i spent a wonderful stay here and i will certainly return.
the check in was slow upon arrival.

there is a main pool and a bar. the hotel is secluded from any city noises. i found a park place with lot of free spots.

my room was spacious and comfortable. it had a plunge pool and a garden area. there were very comfortable beds and mattresses. the room was cleaned and tidied every day.

the reception staff were very experienced. they were informative and helpful. they helped us to plan things to do. customer service was very good overall. the staff had a nice attitude.

Location is excellent. You cannot beat it. it is perfect for a walk on the beach. it's a 15/20 minute walk to the centre. the hotel is near a bus stop, which i appreciated.
