Really good Stay with Excellent Service
friendly staffluxurious roomfabulous location
The staff was really good from check-in to departure, always cute and friendly. I found the hotel modern and beautifully decorated, including the rooms with all the luxuries I wanted. I recommend the onsite restaurant. Its food and drink were consistently good. the hotel is located in a fabulous area near the amazing Ria Formosa.
I had a slight issue with the poolside sunbeds. I noticed a little mold.

My room included two separate sinks, a convenient feature. The rainfall shower provided a relaxing experience. I also found a well-stocked minibar in the room, with a selection of beverages and snacks.

The gym provided adequate equipment with three treadmills. There were two stationary bikes for cardio workouts. The pool area had ample seating with twenty loungers. I found a shaded section near the pool useful.

i stayed in a two bedroom sunrise suite. the suite was large with a kitchen and living room where i could relax (it felt very spacious).
the breakfast restaurant had poor sound insulation.
