Really good Stay with Attentive Staff

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast offers plenty of choice in the buffet. I enjoyed a complementary pilates class one morning. Every member of staff. The hotel asked for feedback a few days into our stay and there was follow up on every little thing I raised. I had a wonderful six-day stay.

The resort showed some signs of age. For example, some tiles were breaking up in the pool.

the hotel was easy to locate and parking was simple enough.

The service underwhelmed me, especially given its five-star rating. Staff beyond housekeeping barely acknowledged guests, and i found that quite jarring.
