I was grateful for my room it was upgrade. The staff worked hard to ensure the hotel remained clean. The food was good, and I appreciate the variety. The staffs, specially Giovana were super helpful. They resolved all issues I had quickly.

The pool lacked wind protection. This made swimming uncomfortable. The hotel organized a conference near the pool. I had less privacy because of this.
