a decent stay overall
friendly staff easy checkin faulty phone unsecured door
the breakfast service provided by lia was very nice. she was friendly and helpful with a smile. easy checkin and checkout happened with helpful staff.
the phone in my room rang multiple times during the night. at one point the phone rang at 5am. the internal terrace door in the room does not lock and is easily opened, even when closed.

small room yellow stains
the room felt smaller than expected. space between the bed and the wall was quite tight. the duvet and pillows had some yellow stains, and the pillowcases were open on both sides, revealing the inside. the bathroom had visible damage on the floor and ceiling.

the front desk staff handled check-in quickly! the breakfast buffet was delicious. the hotel is near many tourist spots and metro stations. i really found that convenient.

the breakfast offered many choices, mandeep and the team were friendly. the hotel location was good. we walked most days from the hotel. the bunk beds in the room were perfect for families.

The breakfast was great! i liked the superb location very much, right in the center. plus, the staff were polite. I felt very well cared for. the luggage service was very convenient.
The bedding was not very clean. The pillows were a bit disgusting. the room was slightly small. the bed felt small too. There wasn't much space between it and the wall.

the hotel is centrally located, i walked everywhere. the mezza restaurant was a great option. the terrace was quiet.
