The location was central. I found the breakfast to have many options, good. I enjoyed the garden area. It offered a nice, quiet space. The staff assisted with taxis, useful for traveling outside the central area.

fantastic experience
professional servicetasty breakfastquiet backyard
i was pleased with the service at reception it was very professional i enjoyed a really tasty breakfast that had a varied selection of products including local items plus i appreciated the fresh fruits. the hotel is in a great location in the historical center and is a short walk from the duomo and major street i found good restaurants all around. my room looked in the back at a nice quiet backyard
the temperature in the room was hot and stuffy i discovered there was no air conditioning plus i couldn't turn off the heater in the bathroom or the heater in the room i found it very uncomfortable to sleep

The reception staff were helpful. They quickly addressed all my questions. The breakfast offered excellent choices, including fresh pastries and fruit. The hotel is situated within walking distance of main attractions. This made sightseeing easy.
The room décor seemed a bit dated. I felt it could use some updating to match the overall elegance of the hotel.
