The beach is beautiful with clear water. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Breakfast had many options to suit different tastes and I really appreciated it. The hotel has several swimming pools too.

Half the bars and restaurants on site were closed. The one that was open served mediocre food. It played loud music and had broken speakers. There was no resort ferry service and nobody carried suitcases on arrival.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

old furniturenon-functioning safe

The room showed its age. The furniture seemed like it had survived several monsoons. The safe didn't work, so I had to carry my valuables everywhere which, obviously, was quite the inconvenience. the breakfast buffet was not great. The scrambled eggs tasted suspiciously like powdered eggs and the fruit selection seemed limited. I would've liked better options.

i had issues with the room i booked the pictures showed modern rooms but the room was outdated the door handles were broken making it difficult to lock i also found the gym outdated with some broken machines

the setting felt really private and serene because i had an ocean view room. the beach was clean offering enough space to feel uncrowded. dinner at the restaurant was excellent i found many great choices on the menu. our ocean sunset pool villa included amazing views and was well equipped.

the resort is away from party areas but the main phi phi party area is a short boat ride away. the beach is clean and spacious with ample sun loungers. long tail boats offered convenient transport that was cheaper than the hotel options.
