outdated room poor soundproofing
My stay experienced a few issues. The room looked a bit tired and could use some updating. I noticed that the bathroom lacked modern fixtures. the soundproofing was not ideal, as I could hear street noise fairly easily. It impacted the peace.

The breakfast buffet was very excellent. It had a wide variety of choices, including Asian and Western options. The staff members were very friendly and helpful during breakfast. The historical design was very unique and fun to explore.
My room was showing its age. The bathroom needed some updating. I found the policy of only providing two small bottles of water each day a bit cheap. Additional bottles came with a charge.

fresh juices helpful staff balcony view
The breakfast buffet included both Asian and Western choices!!! I especially liked the fresh juices made to order. Our room overlooked the pool and it was so nice to sit on the balcony. The staff was nice and very helpful!!!

helpful staff beautiful architecture lovely design
i found the staff eager to help with everything. they were very open to helping with my inability to understand things well. the building had beautiful architecture. the rooms had a lovely design.
i noticed the more western food lacked flavor. the asian menu was really good though.

the pool is excellent and provides a refreshing swim. the gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes for exercise. the hotel maintains a great eye for detail in its build and upkeep.

the hotel is in a good location near the airport rail station. banks with atm machines are close by, providing easy access to cash. the hotel is in the city center.

small pool unfair charge
I had some issues . The pool was much smaller than I expected. It was also quite noisy because it is surrounded by buildings. a knob on the coffee machine in my suite broke when I tried to use it. I was then told I had to pay for the machine!!! It was an older model, and I felt this was unfair.
