The location was seriously great. It's a short walk to the train station and other attractions. the staff was super helpful, especially when i needed to change my arrival time. the bed was way more comfortable than i expected. i really liked the excellent, reliable wi-fi. It worked perfectly the whole time.
I think they should include basic bathroom stuff and an iron. That would make things even better.

the location was good, it was close to the bus stop.
The wifi connection was slow, often failing to connect at all. the room lacked basic bathroom accessories. I found this inconvenient. also, there was no ironing facilities available.

The staff was so lovely and helpful! the welcome bag was a nice surprise upon arrival. the location was excellent, close to many shops and restaurants. I found getting around really easy. i also liked the security access with the key fob and two additional keys.
the wifi never worked . i sent an email request, but the issue was not resolved. it seemed to be a common problem for other guests too.

The reception staff offered excellent assistance and were very cute. They provided prompt responses to requests. i received a welcome bag that contained tea, coffee, and biscuits upon my arrival, a nice touch.
