A peaceful haven NEAR the tor
easy accessshort walkfriendly staff
The location provided easy access to the town. It was a short walk. The sacred garden was really close. I could visit it within minutes. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location was acceptable and provided access to nearby areas.
I am not happy. Breakfast involved self-service preparation. The coffee, tea, and sugar were not refilled at any point , that annoyed me. The bathroom was very small and I had to remove cobwebs and spiders, the mold was a problem.

the hotel is clean. the garden provided perfect spaces for sitting. it enabled quiet meditation. i found the birdsong very soothing. i appreciated the peaceful atmosphere established on the premises. julian. he assisted me in every way he could. breakfast included many fresh options! a level 2 ev charger was available. it was a bonus for me!
i noticed the ensuite door looked to have been rehung. it opened outwards to save space. the lock was on the outside. this made it difficult to shut the door properly.

the room included wooden floorboards with a lovely rug. a seating area was available for relaxation. tea and coffee making facilities were included. plenty of storage space was available for my belongings.

the hotel is very close to glastonbury tor, i loved this. i walked there easily. i also appreciated the option to use the communal area for meals. the breakfast room was bright and cute (i even made some toast!).
the hand basin in my room was quite small, i splashed some water.

the location is excellent, especially for those wanting to explore glastonbury tor and the surrounding area. a short walk takes you to the footpath. you can easily reach the tor paths from both the front and back approaches.

the bathroom felt small. the sink was so close to the toilet, it was hard to move around in there. also, the bed was too soft for my liking (i prefer a firmer mattress). i found it difficult to sleep well.
