Fabio at reception was a total asset to the hotel. He was very polite and helpful. Breakfast staff were lovely too, and the breakfast had lots of variety. The hotel was super clean and rooms were fine, location and staff were great.
The room needed more plug sockets. there were no British channels on the TV for a night-time watch.

Gianfranco at the restaurant was helpful, answering questions about the menu and local attractions. The reception staff helped order a taxi. Julio on reception was helpful in ordering a taxi at 430am to return to the airport.

The metro station is a short walk from the hotel. It allows quick transport to most major sites. There is a bus stop located directly in front of the structure. This offers easy access to the historic center.

My room had spacious windows that provided excellent natural light and ventilation? i also liked having a balcony. The A/C worked very well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The room was nicely made up every day.

Breakfast had lots of choice including croissants, coffee, sandwiches, yoghurt and fruit. The scrambled eggs were great, a filling way to start the day. I liked the availability of options.

The location was central, easy to reach and safe! though the parking was expensive. There are many bars, ice cream shops, and other retail stores nearby. The basilica San Geovani is close by, offering religious experiences.

the reception staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and departure. i found the team to be polite and professional at all times. the hotel offered a great start and end to my days exploring.
The elevator was quite small. It proved inconvenient when i had luggage.

My comfort queen room included air conditioning and toiletries. These amenities enhanced my overall experience. the hotel serviced the room to a high standard daily and it felt very comfortable. a mini fridge stocked with reasonably priced items was also available.

The hotel provided easy access to several key sites. I particularly appreciated this convenience. many shops and restaurants are located near the hotel. This made exploring local cuisine easy. public transport options are also nearby. These include a metro station.

The reception staff greeted me excellently each time I entered or left the building. The entire team was polite (I found this very comforting). I loved the window view during breakfast. Breakfast was delicious.
