excellent value with amazing sea views!

the location was very quiet. i stayed on the fifth floor. i had great sea views. there were numerous eating places along the sea coast and inland. it was within walking distance. the room was simple. the balcony was very nice to catch the early sunrise across the sea. the cafe adjacent does good local breakfasts. rates for accommodation were very reasonable. the owner was on site, very hands on, and helpful! i will return again. i recommend checking out the pork satay stall lady on the corner at 0600h-0800h for very nice pork satay grill. it was good to watch the sunrise with!

on the first day, i noticed a line of ants on the table. when i reported this to the staff, they responded quickly and the ants were gone by the afternoon. on the second day, i saw a water leak from the ceiling. when i accidentally locked myself out with the key inside the room, staff immediately came to help. the staff handled all these various issues with a cheerful and professional attitude, which i really appreciated. it was a bit disappointing that there were facility issues, likely due to the age of the building.

fine viewquiet roadline of antswater leak

i liked the fine view from my room, especifically the bathroom. the hotel is also well located above bars and the quiet road parallel to the beach was useful for walks.

on my first day, i saw a line of ants on the table. also, on the second day, water leaked from the ceiling. the staff were very helpful in resolving both issues.
