the location was right for me. the bed was comfortable. it was very clean. the hotel paid attention to decoration details.
i experienced some confusion about checking in. i also had issues getting the key code! another guest actually helped since no one was there. the luggage lift was out of order so i carried my suitcase up three flights of stairs.

some issues
confusing check-inbroken luggage lift
The check-in was a bit of a mess, and i found it frustrating. there wasn't anyone around to help when i arrived, and getting the key code was confusing. the luggage lift wasn't working also, so i carried my heavy suitcase up several flights of stairs. the plugs for the kettle were hidden behind a unit. It looked unsafe and messy.

this hotel offers a prime location near the ferry terminal. check-in was streamlined and efficient. the room was clean. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere.
the luggage lift was not working so carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was a bit inconvenient.

the hotel's location is convenient to the red jet ferry it is also close to many bars cafes and restaurants the team assisted quickly with questions i had. my room had a modern feel and was clean the hotel is well fitted.
the coffee maker plugs were behind a long curtain the curtain draped over the cables this looked unsightly in my opinion.

adequate but flawed stay
late night noise
There was a lot of noise late into the night from a nearby hotel. This continued until 3am. i found it difficult to locate anyone in the morning to discuss the disturbance. There seemed to be no staff available. i also noticed the stairwell needed some cleaning, as it looked a bit dirty.

the location was GREAT. it was easy to get around and see the sites.
the walls seem thin. i heard EVERYTHING from the hallway and the room ABOVE me. it made SLEEPING difficult.

The team quickly helped with my questions and were friendly. The hotel has a clean, modern feel. Its location is close to the water and near many bars. Plenty of cafes are also nearby.
Shelving near the bathroom sink is needed.
