fantastic stay before the ferry!
amazing locationclean roomfriendly staff
the location was amazing if you need the ferry! the room was very clean and modern with good facilities. i found a non stop market-cafe around the corner, it was pretty useful and opened 24h. the staff was very nice and friendly, the reception is open non stop, so no matter the hour you can check out (which is awesome!).

the reception desk offers a warm welcome, and the staff arranges rooms quickly, they accommodate guests nicely. the staff is very polite and helpful, doing their best to assist, so i felt well taken care of .

the hotel is close to the city center and very near to the harbor, offering easy access to ferries and other transport. it is a short walk to a supermarket and only 5-10 minutes to the metro.

the rooms feature well-kept amenities, they also have comfy beds, plenty of power points, and usb points for charging devices (very handy!). the rooms are very clean and well-prepared, and the bedding and towels are high quality, so i was impressed.

the room i got was very clean. the staff were helpful. i was able to leave my luggage at the hotel for a few days, very convenient. they really accommodated my travel plans.
My room was very small. Space for luggage was limited. i had difficulty fitting in with other guests.

The air conditioning made a constant loud noise similar to an aircraft engine. Sleep was difficult despite earplugs. The room size was also quite small, barely enough space for luggage storage..
