excellent location and staff

i stayed in the beachfront condo. it was spacious and comfortable. the staff was helpful. the condo included a balcony.
The continental breakfast was very minimal. The smoke alarm woke me up early in the morning?! i told the front desk, but they did not send anybody to fix it.

The room faced the ocean and had chairs available to sit and relax. daily cleaning services kept everything super clean. the location was ideal. I could easily walk to the beach and 5th avenue (this made exploring convenient). the bed was comfortable and ensured good rest.

the room had a balcony with ocean views and included comfortable beds. daily cleaning kept the rooms tidy and well kept (the room felt fresh daily). soundproofing in the rooms ensured a restful place, blocking out external noise.

all staff members were friendly and provided helpful assistance. the night security was particularly helpful, guiding me to my room and handling luggage despite limited english. karen also provided great service.

the hotel has a nice garden and a clean pool area. its central location is a block from 5th avenue, within walking distance. it provides convenient access to various attractions (i did not need taxis!). the grounds are secure at night.
