I found the rooftop pool to be a peaceful escape. the breakfast offered many choices. I especially enjoyed the traditional pastries. the location provided easy access to the ferries, great for quick trips to nearby islands.

The room had modern amenities. My room included a nice balcony as well. The lobby cafe was a nice option when I wanted a break.
The hotel did not provide ironing facilities in the room. I needed to request them. Street noise sometimes was audible in my room. I found it hard to sleep

The location is very central. It is a short walk to the main square. The staff arranged tours. Breakfast was nice with good variety. The rooftop pool provided nice views.
The soundproofing could be improved. I heard noise from the hallway and other rooms.

I thought the staff very helpful. We did not wait long for room service, this was appreciated. The location is great, walking distance to every place. I found the breakfast to be awesome, and always pleasant.
It is a shame they did not inform us the rooftop area was a building site, EVEN though we had booked nearly a year ahead.

The position is great, near Piazza Tasso and a short walk to the ferry. It is very close to the center and to many places. I enjoyed the proximity to everything, yet it felt quiet.

Breakfast includes continental items and traditional pastries. I found a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The cafe area is GREAT. I loved the homemade yoghurt.

There is a nice pool on the roof with city views. They deliver pool towels when required. I loved the vibe and the amazing views. It is a modern hotel WITH a clean environment.

I found the rooftop bar and pool offered a lovely escape, especially with the july heat. the front-of-hotel seating areas were quite cute for drinks and snacks. I rested there. though.
