AWESOME stay ever!
fantastic service modern room friendly staff
i ABSOLUTELY loved the service and the amenities. The room was beautiful and MODERN with EVERYTHING i needed for a peaceful stay. Staff were friendly and helpful ALWAYS. Food on the premises was so good.
i felt THE pool was a little small. i think there must be more space.

The hotel is a short drive from the airport only ten minutes. It is only 15 minutes from heraklion which is so convenient. Direct access to the beach.

The private rooms are spacious and well maintained. The room was comfortable with all the amenities one could ask. There is a pillow menu and very comfortable beds. The rooms were cleaned daily.

amazing stay with excellent service
attentive staff easy app well kept decor
The staff were consistently helpful and attentive. i especially liked the app. It was super easy to use (even for me!). the decor was well-kept throughout the hotel, restaurants, and my signature suite private pool & sauna.
the shuttle service to heraklion did come with an extra charge.

breakfast offered a diverse selection and everything tasted delicious. the hotel features two restaurants with excellent food selections, alongside sushi options and two bars to enjoy (a great experience).

the gym had sufficient equipment for a full workout. a nice small private beach is available and very comfortable . the main pool area had plenty of sunbeds available at any time of the day.

the staff communicated effectively via whatsapp, very convenient. the concierge service was helpful and efficient. the hotel provided nice personal touches from arrival through departure (i felt very welcome).

amazing attentiveness delicious breakfast small room unremarkable dinner
the staff showed amazing attentiveness. every request was dealt with quickly. the breakfast provided many delicious options. the hotel's beautiful design impressed me.
the rooms felt quite small. i also noted they weren't always impeccably clean. i found the dinner to be unremarkable. the main courses did not impress me much.

breakfast had so much choice. it had every kind of food. the pool area was lovely. the room was spacious and well equipped.
i stayed at this hotel. i felt that the experience didn't justify the high price tag. the overall hotel experience was underwhelming. the hotel looks much better in the photos than in reality.
