the staff were helpful enough.
My room's cleanliness was lacking. I discovered some concerning dust and grime in hidden areas. also, the noise was quite disruptive. i could hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway. It made it hard to relax properly, !!!

My Bunk Pod included comfortable bunk beds. The room had a private bathroom, so I did not need to use shared bathrooms. The location provides convenient access to many restaurants. The subway was a short walk.
The room I had was small. There was not a lot of room to place luggage or personal items. I had to keep my suitcase on the floor and maneuver around it.
