The staff was supportive when our luggage was lost. I appreciated that.
i was very disappointed. i paid for a premier room with a city view, but i ended up facing a wall of windows. if i leaned way over to the right, i could catch a glimpse of the city, but that was it.

The room was very comfy and tidy. the sheets were so soft and the pillows fluffy! we enjoyed the spacious bathroom, such a luxury. the bar in the lobby had a nice vibe. I liked having a drink there after exploring.

the hotel includes a restaurant for breakfast, but it requires an extra fee. the lobby bar had a great, friendly atmosphere. i noticed many guests seemed to enjoy spending their time there.

The front desk staff was very helpful and cute. housekeeping services happened daily! they ensured the room remained super clean. the door staff were friendly. They always offered assistance when needed.

the location was central to many attractions. that aspect was acceptable.
i found a giant cockroach in my room. there was no room service available. the maids entered the room without knocking, often very early in the morning.

loud bathroom fanunhelpful staff
the room felt really dated, i was expecting better. the bathroom fan was so loud it was hard to ignore. also, the staff weren't that helpful when i asked about local attractions. it all felt a bit disappointing for the price i paid, the loud fan made it hard to relax.
