The staff was polite and responsive. The space is functional and stylish. The restaurant is fantastic and deserves recognition. The rooms have everything one could need, including plenty of hooks.
I found no complementary coffee or tea available on the premises. There is a tea maker in the room, but I had to pay per teabag to make tea. I have never encountered this before in my life. Most hotels offer complimentary coffee or espresso makers and tea.

The hotel's vibe felt wonderfully inviting. the location was very convenient. Shops and dining were just steps away. i loved how easily i could walk to various spots. the subway was also very close for broader explorations.
the shower head was positioned too high. the water pressure was somewhat limited, a small change would mean a lot.

the premises offered a restaurant and bakery. the food was AMAZING!!! breakfast included pastries and coffee. i savored the good experience it gave.

A romantic escape!

the hotel interiors were beautiful and stylish, a true feast for the eyes. our queen room was very spacious, it included a comfy sofa and rocking chair. it was helpful to have a water dispenser on our floor, we used it so much!

The room size was decent and the bedding was nice I found the location accessible to several trains and stores.
The gym needs improvement it lacks essential equipment. The front desk staff was not helpful . They did not seem to pass on important information between shifts.

The bed in my room was very comfortable. The lobby bar was convenient and offered a good selection of drinks. The hotel's location was near the subway, so traveling around was easy.
The hallways leading to my room were quite dark. The carpets looked a little dingy. The windows in my room were not clean, and the view was obstructed.
