the location was really good and close to the strip. the room includes a fridge was large for a hotel. i was near the bus stop and it leaves you close to the hotel. it was only a five minute walk.
the front desk don't seemed to answer the phone half the time. pillows are to high here and like cement. i asked for different pillow days ago and never received one until yesterday.

the staff was helpful. the room was spacious and clean. i appreciated that they were attentive to my needs.
the parking pricing was unclear. i had two rooms but only one car, though i was charged for two cars for parking? the walls are thin, so i could hear hall noise at all hours.

the location was acceptable , very close to the strip.
i was not happy with the room service. they did not replenish toiletries, and i had to request fresh towels. the room itself seemed dated , and there was noticeable wear and tear on the furniture, also the elevators were very slow , leading to unnecessary waits during peak times.
