good location large fridge close bus stop unanswered phone high pillow delayed pillow
the location was really good and close to the strip. the room includes a fridge was large for a hotel. i was near the bus stop and it leaves you close to the hotel. it was only a five minute walk.
the front desk don't seemed to answer the phone half the time. pillows are to high here and like cement. i asked for different pillow days ago and never received one until yesterday.

a reasonable stay
attentive staff spacious room unclear pricing thin walls
the staff was helpful. the room was spacious and clean. i appreciated that they were attentive to my needs.
the parking pricing was unclear. i had two rooms but only one car, though i was charged for two cars for parking? the walls are thin, so i could hear hall noise at all hours.

rooftop pool kid area non-functional machine thirty minute
the rooftop pool and kid area provided water activities.
the washing machines did not work. i waited for assistance, and it took thirty minutes to locate a functioning machine. this wasted my time.
