the staff at the reception was super helpful. they gladly answered all questions. the breakfast was really good too! i liked the gluten free bread and alternative milk options.
The gym was dirty. It had no towels. water and cleaning products were also missing. also, it only opens at 10 am with limited hours and rusty equipment. the room also lacked a tea or coffee maker.

The hotel allowed early luggage drop-off and late storage, important because of a late ferry departure. This enabled a full final day without luggage hassles. Taxis from the boat cost under 10 euros, while the bus is under 2 euros. The beach bar had good food and helpful staff.
The gym lacked towels, water, and cleaning supplies. Its opening hours were limited with rusty equipment.

The hotel is near both the airport and ferry pier. This makes arrival easy. Vila Baleira is within walking distance. The location is excellent. The beach is right there. Renting a bicycle is a great way to see the island.

Rooms are spacious, and they offered easy beach access. This was very convenient. The room was fine! and the bathroom was good too. There was no tea or coffee maker in the room. I did notice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Reception staff was very good and helped book a last minute tour. They were very flexible on arrival and departure. The breakfast team responded well to our requests.

The breakfast had good quality and variety. Gluten-free bread was available. Alternative milk was present as well. I found a beach cafe with good food. The airy dining room faces a tropical garden and sea view.
