good varietymain poolnew look
the breakfast had a good variety. it corresponded to the 5-star rating of the hotel. the main pool is beautiful, with nice music by the pool and bars. the hotel looks brand new, very clean and beautiful.
i found that almost everything IS priced for an all-inclusive hotel.

the cleanliness was acceptable throughout the hotel. i found it to be adequately maintained .
i experienced an issue with the room service. It took a considerable amount of time to receive a simple item. i waited 45 minutes for a cup of espresso. The delay was unacceptable and impacted my overall impression. also, there was a noticeable absence of original Nutella during breakfast, something i would EXPECT at a five-star hotel.

the breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits every day. i got free water bottles daily in my room it was so great. the daily cleaning service kept my room very tidy i totally appreciated it.
the hotel spa lacked a jacuzzi this was a bummer
