outdated furniture unhelpful staff
the location was REALLY convenient, close to everything.
i FOUND the room outdated. the furniture looked worn, and the kitchen was BARELY equipped. we heard some kind of water SOUND over the dining area throughout our stay. it sounded like a leak. the staff wasn't helpful either. hostesses did not speak English.

good location, solid service
kind staff prompt response equipped gym free parking
the staff was kind. i had questions before arrival, and the responses were prompt. the gym was equipped well. the location was near jbr and marina mall. dubai marina canals were close, with a sea view. plenty of free parking existed at the basement.
the traffic from major arterial and running water from pipes above was a bit of a disturbance.

the swimming pool had great loungers. there was a shaded section available. i saw a gym with several treadmills. a sauna and steam room add additional convenience for relaxation after workouts.

spacious apartment marina view convenient machine
I really enjoyed the spacious two bedroom apartment. the marina views from the balcony were awesome. having a washing machine in the unit was super convenient too! the restaurant food was really good. I especially liked the room service because it was quick and reasonably priced.
the gym, while nice, got a bit crowded during peak hours.

The apartment was very spacious. It offered good value for money.
The staff acted unprofessionally. They refused my guests access to my apartment. The furniture looked like it was from the 90s. The bathrooms had hand showers instead of proper showers.

it was spacious. it was super clean. the washing facilities. the staff treated me like royalty, they always had a smile.
the kitchen equipment was a little sparse. i wished for dishcloths and washing liquid. oils would have helped to prepare meals more easily.
