the hotel has a convenient location near the mall of emirates. the staff are helpful, particularly vilma. the hotel provided a complimentary birthday cake for my daughter. the breakfast had a good selection and catered to various dietary needs.
the room i got was a standard room. it was a bit noisy. my friend received an upgraded room even though i made the payment for both.

The hotel had everything i needed. the staff were pleasant and helpful. the spa opening times suited my schedule perfectly! i found the fitness center well-equipped, it allowed me to maintain my routine. room service was prompt and efficient. I could always rely on them for anything i needed.
The noise of corridor cleaning between 8 and 9 am was disruptive. It made it difficult to sleep in. this early morning activity affected the otherwise calm atmosphere.

the hotel had a great location and was near the mall of emirates. the al mashriq metro station was also close, at about a 4 minute walk. a bus stop opposite the hotel provided additional transport. options.

The room i received differed significantly from what i booked. i expected a premium room, but the allocated room was smaller and overlooked a less desirable view. addressing this issue with the front desk proved difficult. They offered no resolution or compensation! this discrepancy overshadowed other aspects of the stay.

vilma was amazing. She even sent a birthday cake to the room for my daughter with a message, a kind gesture! the breakfast had a good variety, catering to everyone's needs. the location is great (close to public transport). there's a bus stop right opposite the hotel.
the wifi signal was not strong, and it made it a little difficult to stream videos. i wish it was more reliable for a smoother online experience.
