The room i received differed significantly from what i booked. i expected a premium room, but the allocated room was smaller and overlooked a less desirable view. addressing this issue with the front desk proved difficult. They offered no resolution or compensation! this discrepancy overshadowed other aspects of the stay.

vilma was amazing. She even sent a birthday cake to the room for my daughter with a message, a kind gesture! the breakfast had a good variety, catering to everyone's needs. the location is great (close to public transport). there's a bus stop right opposite the hotel.

the wifi signal was not strong, and it made it a little difficult to stream videos. i wish it was more reliable for a smoother online experience.
