Fantastic Stay in Lively Shinjuku

helpful staffconvenient machinemoney exchangeefficient laundry
I found the staff to be very helpful and kind, offering assistance with directions. The hotel features convenient vending machines on each floor, made getting drinks very easy. A money exchange machine is available right in the lobby, which i found very useful. The coin laundry with washer and dryer was efficient (i used it a lot!).
The room was a bit small. It was hard to open luggage completely.

The hotel is near the heart of a lively area. It has easy access to subway lines nearby and convenience stores are also close. The hotel is within walking distance of many dining and entertainment options.

Staff members primarily speak Japanese and English at the front desk. The staff were very helpful and wanting to achieve high standards. I was able to receive mail and packages because they provided a concierge service.

Rooms were clean and quiet, which helped a lot. The beds had satisfactory comfort and pillow support. I was charmed by the cleanliness and efficient use of space (the rooms are very modern).

Adequate Stay with Notable Drawbacks

restrictive roomnoticeable street noise
The room size proved restrictive. Storage space was essentially non-existent. There was also noticeable street noise at night. It made for a less restful environment than I had hoped.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of the Action

fantastic locationeasy transportbuffet stylehelpful staff
The hotel's location is fantastic, offering access to many food, shopping, and nightlife choices. Shinjuku Station is also about ten minutes away, providing easy transport. I found the breakfast solid and enjoyed the buffet style. The staff were helpful and polite . The hotel provides towels and water bottles every day.
I found that there could have been more hooks. Extra hooks by the door could be useful for hanging items like purses and coats.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provides good security at the front door, ensuring guest safety. A microwave is available on each floor for convenient use. The rooms include a kettle and a fridge.
Service
8/10
The staff were courteous, and some spoke fluent English, a great help. Room cleaning occurs every two days, which includes fresh towels and water. Breakfast can be cheaper if booked one day in advance.
Location
9/10
The hotel is close to a 7/11 store and a few minutes away from Shinjuku station. Several street walking options are available near Korea street and Kabukicho street. Shin-Ōkubo eki is nearby, providing an alternative to Shinjuku eki.

I found the room small. It was difficult to move around comfortably. the bathroom had a strange smell and felt a bit unclean. the staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns, quite disappointing. plus, the walls were thin, so i could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. the breakfast was okay but not worth the extra cost.
