excellent stay with superb connectivity

the train station below provided easy access to various districts. plenty of dining options exist below the hotel and in the nearby lalaport shopping complex. the room had a comfortable bed and the city view was captivating, especially at night. i will definitely book this hotel again.
finding the entrance was a bit difficult. there was a lack of assistance at the entrance.

The front desk staff provided courteous and efficient service. a staff member, s. ikemura, particularly stood out for her kindness during breakfast at the penthouse restaurant. She ensured i had a pleasant seating area.

breakfast featured a wide array of choices with amazing views. i tasted japanese-style pizza and was kinda surprised by its delicious flavor. the penthouse restaurant had a very serene atmosphere.

the onsen was clean offering a calming environment for relaxation. the hotel's location next to the station provides seamless access to shops and supermarkets via exit 2b. the airport limousine bus took only twenty minutes from haneda.

I appreciated the monthly jazz performances. They added elegance. visiting the bar provided a Fine night view. affordable dining was nearby. It made daily life easy.
The lobby sometimes got very busy. It had many tourists.

The hotel provided convenient access to the train station making travel easy i appreciated the direct bus from the airport. The staff were helpful, including preparing an anniversary cake for my partner. I found the hotel clean and the amenities fully stocked for my comfort.
The room size was a little small for luggage storage it was hard to move around comfortably.
