A good stay near Shibuya

The location was really convenient, I could easily walk to Shibuya station. The hotel was clean and the layout of my room was good. I had easy access to the private bath and sauna on my floor.
The service felt cold. I didn't really feel welcome. My room was small, even for standards in this country. The bed was too hard for me, and the pillow was also flat.

The location is great! It's a short walk to shibuya station. The breakfast had a good variety of high quality food. I appreciated the close location to the metro.

The hotel is close to restaurants and shops. I found the staff friendly, so that was helpful. They assisted with luggage transfers and getting a cab to the station so I could catch my bus.. The facility has an onsen.
The room was a bit small, so opening both suitcases at the same time was impossible.
