wonderful downtown stay!
friendly staff blackout curtains
the staff was super friendly and helpful with directions. the rooftop bar provides city views and a relaxed atmosphere. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries at the breakfast buffet , and the room had blackout curtains that helped me sleep well.

excellent central stay
convenient location excellent restaurant
the location was really convenient. the hotel arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. the rooftop restaurant was a standout. i found the food and drinks excellent.
my room was huge and quite bland. the decor seemed old fashioned. the bed was quite hard.

the hotel provides two parking garages with secure sliding doors. there is complimentary coffee and tea near the check-in desk. the rooftop patio offers very nice views and seating options. these facilities enhanced the overall stay.

the staff were friendly and cute. monica at the front desk was helpful, even assisting with a shuttle service. concierges fernando and gabriel were patient when accommodating our vehicle. i appreciated this level of service.

polished floor hanging plants tasty food
I found the wooden polished floor so charming and super clean. the long plants hanging over the banisters was so pretty. the rooftop bar offered tasty food and drinks. The chef was AMAZING!!!
the room felt a little cold with bad lighting, i must say.

faulty air conditioning thin walls
This hotel really frustrated me. I book a Double Room King Bed, but the room air conditioning was acting up and I couldn't adjust temperature. the staff not fix the problem quickly. It took them like, forever to send someone, and even then, the fix was just temporary. the walls felt thin. I could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. This make it difficult to relax or concentrate on work.
