the buffet breakfast started at six am, which i found ACCEPTABLE.
The check-in staff were not very cute and they lacked friendliness. they refused early access to my room before three pm and gave rooms to guests who arrived later than me, UNACCEPTABLE.

The room was very clean and spacious. The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast service included hot coffee and fresh fruit. I found these aspects of the hotel to be most beneficial .

The breakfast offers fresh fruits, including pineapple and watermelon. A waiter always serves coffee and tea, I appreciated that! The restaurant provides a selection of local and international dishes.

The room contained two queen beds with clean linen. The bathroom featured a separate shower and bathtub. That was nice. The provided toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in refillable dispensers.

The staff were polite. I especially appreciated Alonso, a waiter, who was attentive and informative. The breakfast was very good. Raquel at the front desk greeted me by name and helped me with questions, which I valued.
The pool was too cold for swimming. It made us check out early and find a different hotel. I called for valet service, but no one answered. The bellhop watched us carry the luggage without helping. We were not interested on earning tips.

The staff provided helpful service . I appreciated that the front desk team assisted with our trip planning. The breakfast buffet had many options at 6 am. The beds provided comfort and the sheets were clean.
My room felt cold and also dark. The road outside created noise at night, and this kept me awake. I also found the windows had some dirt.

The hotel is close to many places for visitors. It provides convenient access for people. There is a bus station located nearby. Taxis are available and free parking is a plus.

The rooms were spacious for guest use. They included clean sheets and comfortable beds. Some updating is needed for the rooms. I noticed rooms don't have a mini fridge for drinks.
