I found the staff cute. The room was very clean (which is always a plus!). The free shuttle to the airport was on time at 2:45 a.m.
Our room's air conditioning unit was very noisy. The room was also a little dark because it faced some vegetation on the ground floor. The breakfast buffet did not have hot dishes.

The shuttle runs to the airport frequently. I found the drivers helpful and friendly! The front desk gave me a breakfast to go because of my early flight. This was a thoughtful touch, and I appreciated it.

the breakfast had poor quality food choices available. my room was located on the ground floor and felt dated. i only had one bedside lamp, so the room was dim.
