the staff were generally kind and helpful.
The food was really bad, especially for the price i paid. It tasted bland. the room lighting was also annoying because i couldn't turn off the lights with the switches. I had to remove the bulbs. the disco party went on way too late. I barely slept that night

Fantastic Stay with Attentive Staff

The team at the boat house were helpful. My room cleaning service was always thorough. The manager, VJ, was very attentive to all the guests. I found the staff throughout the resort to be kind. The rooms are spacious. The beach is fantastic, with amazing views of the sea. (I had a great time!)
The minibar restocking was occasionally slow.

The staff greeted everyone with a smile. Joana was helpful and answered all my questions promptly. Restaurant staff provided excellent care, including special treats from the chef. I was impressed with Cindy as she kept my room clean and tidy.

The location offers great views, especially where the sea meets the mountain. The hotel provides a private island connected by a bridge. Access requires passing through security, increasing privacy. There is good parking available for free.

the location is great and my room had an area for luggage. the medley bar team was especially helpful (ashwan was a great bartender!).
the check-in process felt chaotic and frustrating to me, especially regarding parking access. as a guest not on all-inclusive, i found the drinks overpriced and of poor quality. it seemed the hotel caters mainly to all-inclusive guests, and staff was unmotivated at times.

The pools were fantastic! the views over the water were amazing. My family enjoyed the view a lot. rooms had a big bath, it had a view too!
the service was terrible, there were excessive waiting times though!
