ok stay, but some issues

good locationrude staffcleaning staff
The location was good. Near the metro.
The staff were rude at times. i waited in line at reception. Staff ignored me, choosing to help chinese guests first even though i was next in line. also, i asked for an umbrella after checking out on a rainy day, and staff said it was in the room i vacated. When i went back to get it, cleaning staff physically attacked me, when i tried to get the umbrella

The room finishes impressed me. They had such quality. the bed provided comfort. the staff were ready to help at any time. every moment felt worth what i paid.

the rooms are quite large. furnishings look quite nice. there is a good view too. i could see quite far from my windows, actually.

the hotel had a very central area. the forbidden city was quite near. the national art museum of china stood close too. this made traveling easy.

staff members helped me quite well. most of them spoke english pretty well. the concierge helped me register to visit the national art museum. he also organized the taxi to the airport.
