The hotel's location proved fantastic, especially its proximity to the metro line. the breakfast stood out with a huge variety and high-quality options. I found it very satisfying.

the air conditioning did not work well in my room. i could only use the fan, but it was very loud, so it became difficult to sleep properly.

The location was good. It was near a metro station. Made traveling easy. The room included a nice view from the 38th floor. I enjoyed it.

The air conditioning did not work in my room. I asked for a change or fix. The staff only provided a fan. I felt hot at night. The outlets had bad contact in both rooms.

the room provided an very nice view of the bund as advertised i found check-in to be smooth and fast the staff even ordered a taxi for us because we could not register on the app myself meeting john the assistant general manager was a highlight as he ensured our satisfaction and provided interesting insights.

the shower drain was clogged i noticed that it would flood the area each time the shower was used
