excellent location and friendly host
great locationfriendly hostquiet ac
the location is amazing, with a taxi rank and metro station nearby. sandwich and gelato shops are just across the street. piazza navona and other great restaurants are within walking distance. the pantheon, st peter's basilica, and trevi fountain are also walkable. the ac worked well and it was quiet. pillows were very nice and mattress good too.

the superior double room included a mini fridge and coffee maker. the room featured high ceilings and a quiet side street view. the air conditioning unit worked very well and kept the room cool. the bathroom had a rainfall shower.

fabio was an amazing host, very nice. he helped us with restaurant suggestions and directions. the host kept in touch before arrival and met us at the airport. the room was serviced everyday.

the hotel provides coffee and tea. several sandwich and gelato shops are across the street from the accommodation. fabio offered wonderful suggestions for where to eat and rooftop bars. these options added convenience to our dining experience.

the accommodation is in a central location near main attractions. the hotel is near taxi rank and a metro station is outside. access to prime locations and eating joints is easy. the hotel has excellent interiors.

Acceptable Location, but Issues with Cleanliness

The location was definitely the best feature. It was convenient.
The bathroom was NOT clean. I noticed mold on the ceiling above the shower and several bugs in the bathroom, which really bothered me. The bed also lacked a top sheet. I seriously doubt they even wash the comforter between guests.
