the staff was helpful, offering local information (which i suppose is their job, but still).
The room was quite small. there were no towel hangers in the bathroom and the floor was cold because it lacked a carpet. breakfast was repetitive. I wanted sausages, but only got mediocre omelettes and boiled eggs.

the staff was very helpful (i really appreciated that). they answered all my questions and provided useful knowledge of the local area. the location is quite good, close to trams and the train station. this made getting around quite easy.
The hotel is quite basic. The rooms don't have much besides a bed and a bathroom. i missed having a chair and desk.

the hotel had a prime location near the train station. the staff was very kind. the room included modern decorations (i found it quite fun).
the room lacked a chair, a desk, or any storage (i missed this a lot). the room was small, especially compared to the bathroom size. no soap was available.
