Mediocre stay. Needs some updates
small room indifferent staff
The hotel's location was decent with secure parking.
My promised room overlooking the Quays never materialized, and the staff seemed indifferent, go figure. The room felt cramped, and the wardrobe was basically a rail, imagine that, so fancy. Leaving the window open wasn't an option since buses kept their engines running constantly, quite charming, I must say.

fantastic stay!
perfect location harbor access pool view
The location is perfect! the harbour access with several boat trip options was a total win. i loved the pool. It overlooks the water. the restaurants are nearby, easily reached by foot. I loved the short walks.
the sound insulation was a bit lacking, i could hear noises from the hallway sometimes.

my room had a fantastic view of the pool. the room was well-equipped. the mini fridge was so useful! the room was clean and tidy. it was big enough for my needs.

breakfast had a large variety of options. it was amazing!!! there are lovely restaurants within walking distance. grabbing a takeaway coffee from the bar was very easy before my morning swim.

Excellent Stay by the Waterfront
delicious breakfast excellent staff heated pool
The breakfast was very good. The staff remembered my coffee order. Free parking was available beside the hotel. I appreciated the heated pool. The location is central.
The lights by the bed did not work properly at times when switched on.

The hotel is right next to restaurants and shops. This made it very easy to explore the local area. Free parking near the hotel was very convenient. I could easily walk to all the nearby attractions.

room refreshing inconvenient curtain
The room was fairly spacious (i appreciated that). I noticed it definitely needs some refreshing. When I pulled the curtain aside, it could not be properly closed again. I found this quite inconvenient.

The breakfast did not meet my expectations. There were few options. the juices tasted very artificial. the restaurant was super loud!!! it reminded me of quantity over quality.

the hotel boasts a great location near the marina. any boat trips are easily accessible from here. many souvenir shops are close by, also restaurants are a short walk away.
Initially i booked three nights. I went to front desk to extend the stay on day 2, but there was a problem. when i returned to the room at 1:00 pm, i was asked why my possessions were still in the room. i explained that i had extended my stay, but the reply was an emphatic no. I did not.
