inconsistent servicefridge refill
I found the overall service inconsistent. the staff did not seem well-supervised. i encountered instances of staff members shouting across common areas. this disrupted the otherwise calm atmosphere i hoped for. also, the fridge in my room was never refilled . Receiving water only once.
